Completely and newly renovated, it has a wardrobe, a comfortable bathroom, a large shelf with books, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and a microwave. An iron-finished artisan closure that gives access to a beautiful outdoor terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy a pleasant breakfast. The double bed, if desired, can be divided into two single beds.

The principal entrance to the building is done with a key that is inserted into a lock fixed on the wall and that opens the main door automatically. It can also be opened in the traditional way with the door lock.

The area in which the apartment is located is easily accessible by road from any city. If you arrive by train, the best option is to take a taxi to the apartment. The price ranges between 7 and 9 euros.
On the other hand, it is easy to park on the same avenue or surroundings. Probably the most difficult time to do so are the days in which the Córdoba Fair is held.
It is important to remember that, to comply with regional regulations, guests must provide me with their ID/passport prior to their arrival. In this way I can register the stay on the official website of the National Police.
It is also very important to bear in mind that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
